Jobs Description

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer Consultant.

Qualifications

  • Required Experience (5-9 years):
  • Progressive relevant experience in IT support roles.
  • Experience and expert knowledge of MS Windows Server and/or SUSE Linux/Novell OES and/or VMWare ESX.
  • Experience and expert knowledge of network protocols.
  • Administrator experience with directory services, such as NDS and/or MS Active Directory.
  • Experience with Novell or NetIQ products including Identity Manager.
  • Experience with Fibre Channel zoning and provisioning SAN storage solutions.
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to plan and oversee day-to-day activities independently.
  • Experience with demonstrating solid troubleshooting skills including the ability to identify and assess risk to determine action.
  • Experience with demonstrating solid analytical and problem-solving skills; oral and written communication skills; and customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Access Manager or ZENworks is highly desired.
  • Experience with Hitachi is highly desired.
  • VDI experience with VMWare Horizon View and ThinApp is highly desired.
  • Preferred Certification:
  • Novell or Microsoft Certification is highly desired.
